QueueIn is used by businesses such as restaurants, clinics, cafes, events, and service outlets to organize customer flow and reduce uncertainty while customers wait.

Product Use

WhatsApp Usage

QueueIn uses WhatsApp only for queue-related customer notifications after a customer chooses to opt in. A customer is not automatically enrolled in WhatsApp by joining a queue.

When WhatsApp is available for a queue, QueueIn shows an optional WhatsApp QR code or direct link. The customer must open WhatsApp and send the prefilled tracking message before QueueIn activates WhatsApp notifications for that queue visit.

Customer sends the prefilled WhatsApp message QueueIn receives the inbound webhook, records the opt-in for that queue item, and opens the service window.
