For a non-VIP queue entry, QueueIn minimises directly identifying name and contact fields after the entry is inactive and at least 24 hours old. This is minimisation, not a promise that every record or every provider copy is deleted within a fixed period.

Requesting help

Email [email protected] with “DELETE-MY-DATA”. Do not send identity documents, medical information, waiting links or full contact details in your first message. We will explain the minimum verification needed and the available action after verification.

What this does not promise

We do not state that business staff can delete records from QueueIn, that all records are hard-purged within 30 days, or that providers and backups delete on a universal timetable. Requests may be limited by security, legal or operational records, and any de-identified statistics may remain.

To stop optional WhatsApp updates, send a supported withdrawal keyword such as STOP in the WhatsApp conversation. This does not remove you from a queue.

Bagi entri giliran bukan VIP, QueueIn meminimumkan nama dan butiran hubungan yang mengenal pasti secara langsung selepas entri tidak aktif sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam. Ini ialah peminimuman, bukan janji bahawa setiap rekod atau salinan penyedia dipadam dalam tempoh tetap.

E-mel [email protected] dengan “DELETE-MY-DATA”. Jangan hantar dokumen pengenalan, maklumat perubatan, pautan menunggu atau butiran hubungan penuh dalam mesej pertama.

Perkara yang tidak dijanjikan
