QueueIn

QueueIn is a Malaysia-based queue management SaaS for restaurants, clinics, cafes, events, and service businesses. Businesses use QueueIn to let customers join queues through QR links or kiosks, view live waiting status, and let staff manage queues from a dashboard.

QueueIn may offer optional WhatsApp queue notifications. Customers are not enrolled automatically; they must choose the WhatsApp option and send a prefilled WhatsApp message before QueueIn sends queue updates through WhatsApp.
