Queue Customer Terms

These terms apply when you join a QueueIn queue as a customer. QueueIn is operated by Effortless Engine Sdn. Bhd. Your underlying service, including healthcare, is provided by the business operating the queue, not QueueIn.

Using QueueIn

Provide details you are authorised to provide, use the queue fairly, and do not interfere with others’ access. Queue availability, estimates and notifications can change and are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Optional choices

WhatsApp updates and any VIP or marketing option are separate optional actions. You may stop WhatsApp updates using the supported withdrawal instructions in the Privacy Notice.

Privacy and changes

Read the Queue Customer Privacy Notice and Queue Customer Data Deletion. We may update these terms; a new queue entry requires acknowledgement of the then-current version where required. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terma ini terpakai apabila anda menyertai giliran QueueIn sebagai pelanggan. QueueIn dikendalikan oleh Effortless Engine Sdn. Bhd. Perkhidmatan asas anda, termasuk perkhidmatan kesihatan, disediakan oleh perniagaan yang mengendalikan giliran, bukan QueueIn.

Menggunakan QueueIn

Berikan maklumat yang anda dibenarkan untuk berikan, gunakan giliran dengan adil dan jangan mengganggu akses orang lain. Ketersediaan giliran, anggaran dan notifikasi boleh berubah dan disediakan atas asas “seadanya” setakat yang dibenarkan undang-undang.

Pilihan pilihan

Kemas kini WhatsApp dan pilihan VIP atau pemasaran adalah tindakan pilihan yang berasingan.

Privasi dan perubahan

Baca Notis Privasi Pelanggan Queue dan Pemadaman Data Pelanggan Queue. Versi baharu boleh memerlukan pengakuan bagi penyertaan giliran baharu.
