- Live pickup page Customers see which order is being served and their place in the queue from their own phone.
- Opt-in WhatsApp updates When enabled for your cafe, customers can opt in to status messages and a notification when their order is ready.
- One dashboard for staff Staff manage orders from a phone, tablet, or computer and move each one through Ready for pickup, Collected, or Not Collected.
- Manual orders still work Staff can add customers who do not join by phone, so every pickup stays in one queue.
- English, Malay, and Chinese Customers can use QueueIn in the language they're comfortable with.

Does QueueIn replace our POS?
No. QueueIn is a lightweight pickup queue that runs alongside your existing POS and counter process.
What about customers without smartphones?
Staff can add them manually from the dashboard and call their order using your usual counter process.
What about customer data and PDPA?
QueueIn uses PDPA-aligned consent and data handling, and collects the minimum information needed to manage the pickup queue.
How much does it cost?
QueueIn is free during Alpha for participating cafes. We'll give advance notice before any charging begins.
Will this add work at the counter?
Customers can join by QR code, while staff keep phone-free orders and every pickup state on the same dashboard.
