Does it replace my clinic software?

No. QueueIn is a lightweight queue layer that runs alongside your current process — it does not replace your clinic management or medical records software.

What about patients without smartphones?

Front desk staff can add them to the queue manually. A wall display or spoken number still works for patients who aren't using a phone.

What about patient data / PDPA?

QueueIn is built with PDPA-style consent and data handling, and collects the minimum information needed to manage the queue.

How much does it cost?

QueueIn is free during Alpha for participating clinics. We'll give advance notice before any charging begins.

Will it slow down my front desk?

No — patients self-join the queue by scanning a QR code, and staff manage everything from a single dashboard screen.
