Does QueueIn replace our POS?
No. QueueIn is a lightweight walk-in waitlist that runs alongside your existing POS and table-management process.
What about guests without smartphones?
Staff can add them manually from the dashboard and call them using your usual host-stand process.
What about guest data and PDPA?
QueueIn is built with PDPA-style consent and data handling, and collects the minimum information needed to manage the waitlist.
How much does it cost?
QueueIn is free during Alpha for participating restaurants. We'll give advance notice before any charging begins.
Will this add work at the host stand?
Guests can join by QR code, while staff keep phone-free walk-ins and every party's called or seated state on the same dashboard.
