- Join by QR code Guests scan your restaurant's QR code and join from their own phone. No app download required.
- See the wait, live Each party sees how many parties are ahead and the estimated wait, so they can wait nearby instead of blocking your entrance.
- A queue for each table size A table for two isn't held up by a party of eight.
- “Please return now” When their table is ready, you call them. Their waiting page shows a countdown to get back.
- Your whole door on one board Add walk-ins and reservations by hand, then call, check in and seat every party from a phone, tablet or laptop.
- Opt-in WhatsApp updates When enabled for your restaurant, guests can opt in to status messages and a notification when it's their turn.
- English, Malay, and Chinese Guests can use QueueIn in the language they're comfortable with.

The questions restaurant teams usually ask first.
Does QueueIn replace our POS?
No. QueueIn is a lightweight walk-in waitlist that runs alongside your existing POS and table-management process.
What about guests without smartphones?
Staff can add them by hand and call them using your usual host-stand process. They stay on the same board as everyone else.
Can we take reservations too?
Yes, if you turn them on for a queue. Staff add reservations by hand and they sit on the same board as walk-ins. Guests can't book for themselves online.
What about guest data and PDPA?
QueueIn is built with PDPA-style consent and data handling, and collects the minimum information needed to manage the waitlist.
How much does it cost?
You start with 14 days free, no card. After that it's one paid plan. WhatsApp or email us and we'll tell you the price.
Will this add work at the host stand?
Guests join by QR code on their own, and staff keep walk-ins without a phone and every party's called or seated state on the same board.
